Benefits of Mediation Offices

Since Mediation Offices only takes non-adversarial cases, and does not take litigation cases, we are able to give all of our clients timely attention. Our practice is that of transactional attorneys, not litigators, which means we can anticipate the majority of our work and serve all our clients equally.

Initial Consultation

Initial consultations last one hour and cost $195.

For a mediation consultation, we requests that both individuals attend the initial consultation, although we are able to make accommodations at our discretion if the individuals request otherwise.

For a Collaborative Practice consultation, we usually meets with the person who we would be working with, although if we are the first CP professional contacted, we can communicate with the other individual to facilitate his/her contact with another CP attorney.
